CBS has 11-12 Pats games, Bonnie Bernstein, Survivor, the NCAA tourney, the Masters, Bob Lobel and the Amazing Race. Maybe I'll have to go with them. The Charlie Moore point is valid, plus I would definitely need an Orsillo voodoo doll to deal with his shtick.

Unfortunately, Jim Nantz is pretty much ubiquitous on CBS. This is difficult.

Mazz's effort was just lazy. If I'm writing something in the paper about potential call-ups, I would at least get my facts straight. It takes 10 minutes of research.

And no, I dont belong to alt.nerds.research and I glaze over on most SOSH threads

SOSH, like Dirtdogs.com gives me a headache so I never go there.

I think I'm better off mentally.

"The ducats are running out for our next tour stop in Motown. And the Clones in Detroit better be bringing it 'cause Albequrque and Decatur are battling it out to be the top of the Tour Stop mountain."

We got "Lamps" coming up in our next hour and J-Stew and I will take some calls for next month's Smackdown. Better get in early or BJ in Boise will run away with this yet again.

Agreed 100%. I'm dying to see what CR will do to shake up the show. Being spared Billy Crystal's lame "insert myself into the nominated movie clip" schtik is already a plus.

Crystal is looking less and less "mahvelous" by the day.

He just isn't that funny to my ear. Rock, on the other hand, is hilarious.

 Awww, thanks Div!

I love Chris Rock but I think this has bad written all over it. I mean, the guy said one of the reasons he's hosting is that Ellen Degeneres has crabs.

Jason, I highly recommend Genius Loves Company, Ray Charles' duet album.

EXACTLY. I hope he comes out swinging....but there's only so much he can say on a network broadcast. Don't think we'll be seeing Rock's A-material, but he'll be funny and interesting.

Crystal is an over-the-hill schlocky "comedian" who remarkably has zero sense of humor about himself, as Stern proved before he himself joined the ranks of the phonies.

Rock is laugh-out-loud funny, creative, and honest. This should be fun.

It is truly the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. They are by far the most delusional football fans on planet earth, and there is no close second. NOBODY CARES about this game, you demented freaks! It doesn't matter who wins. It's a glorified exhibition game, you dopes.

When Brady threw the INT they acted like they won the Super Bowl. There are no words, truly.

Of course Manning was named Player of the Game. Pro Bowl defenses are disallowed from doing anything creative or confusing to try and derail the offenses. The linebackers aren't even allowed to blitz.

So let me get this straight - it's bad for Bill Burt to get the apparently very complex machinations regarding who the Pats got for Bledsoe wrong, but it's OK for Mazz to have no idea who is and isn't available to fill in for the Sox in 2005 and claim that the Sox should be trying to replace Mark Bellhorn. Got it.

Len, your agenda is showing.

Tonight on Red Sox This Week Dan Roche interviewed Theo. Theo had a few things to say...

After game 3, Dan Shaughnessy asked Theo, "How much do you think the lack of professionalism of your team compared to the professionalism of the Yankees contributed to your failure?"

After game 4, he asked Theo, "How much do you think your team's personality contributed to your success..."

Hmm. <_<
