Avatar advice?

I have tried several times to change my Avatar thtough the My Controls/Avatar tool, and the new ones are within the size guidelines as far as I can see, but it won't put in the new one. Any ideas, please? :blink:

Fred, if you want to give me the link I'll try to put it in as mine. See if it's just you or a website problem.

As you can see, all of a sudden it changed. Thanks for the offer, though. I have a feeling it's one of those things where I did one thing wrong and then did that one thing right.
